We all come to the water differently. Some want to sail, some want to party, some just want a beautiful evening with people they love. Pedro’s job is to understand which of these you are and put the whole day together around it.
He brings unusual experience to it. Alongside the sea, Pedro has worked for years in organisational behaviour, team building, behavioural change and leadership, organising large events and managing projects. It is why company groups trust him with more than a boat ride.
He also writes. On the blog he tells the stories of the sea, from Herodotus and the first sailors to round Africa to what a boat at the helm can teach about steering a life.
